IBO Player Setup Guide

Follow these simple steps to install IBO Player and start streaming Televify on any device in under 5 minutes.

What is IBO Player?

IBO Player is one of the most popular IPTV media player applications available across virtually every platform and operating system. Its clean user interface, smooth playback, and inclusion of essential features like Electronic Programme Guide (EPG), favourites, and multi-format support make it the preferred choice for IPTV users worldwide. Televify exclusively uses IBO Player for the best possible streaming experience.

Supported Devices

Step 1: Download IBO Player

Navigate to your device's app store and search for "IBO Player". Download and install the application. The app is available for a one-time licence fee.

Android Phones and Tablets

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
  2. Search for "IBO Player".
  3. Tap "Install" and wait for the download to complete.
  4. Open IBO Player once installed.

Amazon Fire TV Stick

  1. From the Fire TV home screen, go to the search icon.
  2. Type "IBO Player" and select it from the results.
  3. Click "Download" or "Get" to install.
  4. Once installed, open IBO Player from your apps section.

Samsung and LG Smart TVs

  1. Open your TV's app store (Samsung App Store or LG Content Store).
  2. Search for "IBO Player".
  3. Install the application.
  4. Launch IBO Player from your TV's app menu.

Windows PC

  1. Visit the official IBO Player website.
  2. Download the Windows version of IBO Player.
  3. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Open IBO Player after installation is complete.

macOS

  1. Visit the official IBO Player website.
  2. Download the macOS version.
  3. Open the downloaded file and drag IBO Player to your Applications folder.
  4. Launch IBO Player from your Applications.

Step 2: Get Your Device ID and Key

When you first open IBO Player, the app will display a Device ID and a Key on the screen. These are unique identifiers for your device that we need to activate your subscription.

  1. Open IBO Player on your device.
  2. Note down the Device ID and Key shown on the main screen.
  3. Send these details to Televify support via WhatsApp at +1 (939) 800-3993 or email at [email protected].

Step 3: Activation

Once we receive your Device ID and Key, our team will activate your playlist remotely. This process typically takes just a few minutes during business hours, and no longer than 15 minutes on average.

  1. After activation, close IBO Player completely.
  2. Reopen IBO Player.
  3. Your channels and VOD library will load automatically.
  4. Start streaming your favourite content immediately.

Adding Your Playlist Manually

In some cases, you may receive playlist credentials to add manually. IBO Player supports two methods:

M3U / Streaming Line

  1. Open IBO Player and go to Settings.
  2. Select "Add Playlist".
  3. Choose "M3U URL" or "Streaming Line".
  4. Enter the URL provided by Televify.
  5. Save and restart the app. Your channels will appear.

Xtream Codes (XC) Login

  1. Open IBO Player and go to Settings.
  2. Select "Add Playlist".
  3. Choose "Xtream Codes" or "XC Login".
  4. Enter the Server URL, Username, and Password provided by Televify.
  5. Save and restart. Your full channel list and VOD will load.
